Batch 90 - Meeting Notes

Meeting was held on Feb. 8 2015 and the following was discussed:

1. Batch share (as one of the celebrant) on the Alumni Event (source of funds/income)

2. Batch souvenir program and ads was suggested...inclusive of latest 2x2 batch members photos arranged in alphabetical order. Batch events and activities photos are to be included as well.

3. Souvenir program contract cost to discuss sometime on last week of February 2015 for final assessment. Each batch member will be provided at least 5 solicitation ads contract which will serve as their quota.

4. Materials for the souvenir program/ads will be in glossy type as suggested.

5. Agreed batch t-shirt is Black Collared Shirt with the Emblem print at a reasonable price.

We are encouraging all batch 90 to participate in the forthcoming meetings to share some ideas and opinions to make our Batch Silver Anniversary a successful and memorable event on Grand Alumni Night...
